As for pictures eserafini...you have to be careful what you wish for as I am horribly non-photogenic..lol!

We did post pictures of many of our office members on the recent June birthday calendar...I will see if the link is still live and will post it later if it is.

Regardless, I will post a picture of myself in advance of our chat in 2 weeks.

14- Re advertizing, I see no advertizing in Québec either on TV or in newpapers regarding ebay.Ca, could this be improved?

Can we get help from eBay in the advertizing that we do regarding our auctions or services? What form of advertizing can eBay.ca help .ca sellers with? TimelessClassicElegance

eserafini.....there are a few things we are already doing to help CDN eBay sellers advertise their listings...things like our onsite keyword program, the FVF Stores credit for those that bring in new buyers thru their own advertising, our continued expansion of the key words we buy on search engines, our commitment to making the ebay pages as optimized as possible for high ranking in natural Search etc.

Hello Jordan, nice to meet you.. Are you aware that for the past couple of months, we have had major problems with the discussion boards?

We have some trolls, who are going around and hitting the report button over each and every silly thing.

I just got a pink slap for a typo !! Posted over a month ago, so obviously, someone is trolling for trouble...

My question is... If at your end, your moderators are getting the same reports, over and over again, from the same person, is there no way to put a stop to it, once and for all?

How about the efforts that we put into prints material in our areas like what is being recognized on .COM? a % of the advertizing is paid back to sellers or PS....

Like I said, in Québec, I fail to see anything unless people are on the Internet and on eBay. TimelessClassicElegance

as for offline advertising esarafini...we continue to periodically run offline ad tests in just a very few different markets but the vast majority of our marketing efforts are done online through portals, search and our affiliate program.

hi nicki9912....this is something that really bothers me as well...the moderation team looks at all the posts that are reported and removes all the posts that are in violation of the Board posting policy. If an individual is seen to be continually and maliciously reporting posts that have nothing wrong w/ them, that individual is immediately contacted by the Moderation team and dealt w/ appropriately.
