Cold and wet here this weekend, perfect for doing indoor projects.  The vegetable garden is doing extremely well, we had lots of sun and heat and now the rain, everything is growing like weeds (including weeds).  🙂

Good morning all.

After two months of a screwed-up site I am finally able to read and post thanks to a new computer.

The weather here in TO is very cool and sunny. It is only 7 degrees out!

Jannie, when did you move?

Marian, I hope you are enjoying your travels.

Sherry, I hope you are feeling well.  You have had surgery?

Off to church this morning, all bundled up.

My current knitting project is going well.  It is a grey cashmere pullover.  I have found this site in England that sells commercial cashmere at a good price.  It is a bit of a pita as the yarns are coated and it takes some work to bring up the softness and loft of the cashmere.

Does anybody have holiday plans for the summer?  Nothing exciting here.

Love Kamloops...not as warm as I had hoped but beautiful. Today I get to hike the grasslands up in the hills.
