Has anyone noticed some shipping services vanishing from the create label area? I was able to select Canada Post Tracked Packet International (Non-US) in the AM of March 26, 2025 and a few hours later that service had vanished along with the entire service provider buttons for both UPS and FEDEX. Same destination country, same package details. The only option with tracking was suddenly 44.00 while the shipping calculator still showed 17.00 for the service that was now missing during label purchase. Meanwhile my listings are now promising a 4 day delivery without my knowledge or permission.

I just posted about this exact thing! Glad to hear it's not just me. I talked with support and they unfortunately didn't give me any resolution and essentially told me to cancel the order.

Never listen to the phone clerks when they tell you to cancel the order!
You will get a Defect on your selling account that will hang around for a year.
Defects can lead to higher fees, less visibility in Search, and even closed selling accounts.
Frankly you are better off to either:
Ship with an untracked service.
or
Ship with a tracked but more expensive service.
Your decision should be based on the value of the item and where it is going.
But do NOT cancel.
The phone clerks do not work for eBay. They work for a subcontractor in Utah and are poorly trained. Their main interest is to get you off the phone and fill their hourly quota.

Only contact eBay through the eBay employees who are assigned to social media.
They will call you back if necessary, but usually the typed Chat is better since it gives both clerk and seller time to think about what they are saying.

The social media Chat accounts are covered by trained eBay employees with some authority.

Gamers, sadly, like to game.
My customers are philatelists, which is a "handshake" hobby.
Personally, I'd go with the expensive tracked service.
You could lose more on this sale than you have made in the past three months.

Good to know. I contacted eBay via a callback phone call.
I have never cancelled an order before, but I have heard of the defect thing, so I mentioned it on the call, and they said that if you select "buyer issue" I would not get a defect on my account. Is that not true?

This appears to be an internal glitch regarding several countries. (Full list unknown). Below is a screenshot of current availalbe options for a small parcel to Norway last month when I attempt to create a new label. Note: Only available options are CP. No Fedex ot UPS.
As per eBay calculator following options SHOULD be available from Canada
Note: UPS seems to be blocked for International shipping
UPS Disclaimer: The shipping services are filtered in base of the size and weight of your item. To see different shipping services, change the size and weight. Test shipment was 500 grams.
I have tried to confirm with buyer goods were received by using Small Packet Air but have not got a response. Hoping no news is good news. Unfortunately Small Packet air tracking does not work with Norwegian Post (Norge). Tracking does work for Sweden, Finland and Denmark.)

I was wondering why I was suddendly unable to ship internationally with tracking... I can confirm this occurs since last week, for at least Monaco, Serbia and Czech Republic...
It's still possible to select this shipment service from the shipping tables, but I can't print a label for that method anymore... All alternatives sucks because either I lose money because I select a more expensive shipping method, either I lose my sale, or I lose my "sale security" by shipping without tracking...
Please fix this rapidly...

devon@ebay - Please advise as to the why on this problem that has been happening for the past several weeks. From sellers perspective if they are unable to use eBay labels due to a technical issue on eBay's end it means they have to go outside of eBay and in majority of situations take a loss on shipping.

Sellers who are running into this problem may get a better deal with Shippo
or with Canada Post's Solutions for Small Business.

FYI, even with a small business account, it is always more expensive buying directly from CanadaPost over using Ebay... I did the switch last year when I discovered I was paying way more in general by purchasing directly from CanadaPost, which makes no sense.
I never heard about Shippo before, but the point is that sellers don't want to go outside and use a third party to sell their stuff, when everything is already built-in in the platform and was working perfectly well until a few weeks ago...
