Hello! I was pleased when ebay introduced this option and was glad to offer it as one of my shipping options. However, I was only able to use it a couple of times and now it has disappeared. I have spent hours on the phone with customer service and everytime they say give them 24 to 48 hours and it will be working. Has anyone else had this problem and any suggestions to rectify this?
