Item was delivered but the link from Canada Post update, states that it was not? Thank you!

Item had been delivered and the buyer has left reviews, I have been paid, but the link from Canada Post states,  that it is not out for delivery and gave a date of Jan.27/22.  What now???  How is this fixed??
