I spoke with an eBay rep on Facebook Messenger today regarding an issue I’ve been having where I can’t create a Markdown Sale.

He suggested that I share with the message board to get in touch with them and share any technical issues you’re having with the site. The reasoning being that the Technical Support Team fixes what’s received the most complaints.

I reached them by messaging the eBay page on Facebook. I sent a message, explaining the issue. A rep came on after a few minutes.
