Just a headsup for anyone trying to process packages (Jan 20, 2022) using Shippo. There are currently ongoing issues they are working on to resolve. Status page shows up to date details.
We are currently experiencing issues with our Web App. We are working on a fix to address this issue.

We appreciate your patience with this as we worked to rectify all the errors you were seeing. We apologize again for the inconvenience this caused you and your business.
I am happy to report that all errors in Shippo are now fixed and you should be able to create your labels as normal. If you continue to run into trouble, please let us know.

Follow up response from Shippo CS.
Hello,
Thank you for your continued patience with this.
As of about 10:15 am PST the ability to log into and access your Shippo account was restored, however when attempting to purchase labels now you may see a message reading "We hit an unexpected error."
Despite this message, label purchases are successful. You can confirm this by visiting your Shipments page and seeing the corresponding label.
If you see this error, please do not make additional labels, as this will result in duplicate purchases. You can download the first label from the Shipments page.
If you have already created duplicate labels, we will be looking into a resolution for those after this error is corrected.
We are actively working on a fix for this and will keep you posted, as well as keep the status page updated with any changes.
