Troubleshooting to buy Fedex Label on EBAY

I really need help here, what is the problem with purchasing label with Fedex, it's been 3 days i'm trying, talk to Ebay, Talk to Fedex, nobody can answer me.  Everytime, I push purchase the label it give me a message that ebay cannot generate the label.  What is going on here ? I'm in Canada trying to ship to USA.  I have google Chrome, I load Firefox to see if it's the browser nothing will do and I have full orders to ship. PLEASE!  I've produce a UPS shipping label, but the UPS Access Point don't even want to take it saying that they need a commercial invoice, who really has full info that I have to fill that I don't even understand.  Fedex do not ask me that, it's simple.

Are you just trying to purchase the one label or is this not working with a variety of labels for shipping to the US?

Ok finally after 1 hours try different things I used Shippo for the first time and generate a shipping label and surprise... the commercial invoice is generated also.  Just have to sign.  I think Shippo is my new best friend.  But still does not resolve the Fedex issue.  Thanks to have respond to my post.

I had the same issue..... FedEx labels now generate. I was speaking to a rep via phone they stated not enough sellers had reported it, so eBay knew nothing of this issue. They told me to wait a day, which I did as I had several labels to print. All was good the following morning & still working with no further issues.

You don't need a Commercial invoice with Fedex? I had the same issue with UPS trying to drop off a package and they said they need commercial invoice but I don't know where to find it on Ebay with my UPS label. 

You are saying with Fedex you don't need that? Just print out the label?
