Unable to print a specific eBay shipping label

The label before the "problem one" printed fine.

The 2 labels after the "problem one" printed fine.

I have tried using "print bulk labels," tried changing ship method, tried messing with weights and dimensions, tried shortening description, tried to shorten address, cleared my cache, tried a different browser, copy and pasted buyers ship-to address into a Stallion "new shipment" and it accepted it but..........I no longer live near a Stallion drop off spot.

To appease my masochistic side, I phoned eBay. 47 minutes later it ended with being promised a (ready for it?) ticket would go "high priority" to their tech dept and even to their (gasp) back room to expedite.  It would only take 2-4 business days against my 3 day handling.

Suggestions other than anything involving phoning?  Thanks much.

Did the label actually generate?

Does the label show up Sellers Hub>Orders>Shipping?

Will it let you reprint?

If it is Intl did you accept terms at bottom of label.

Have you confirmed the HS Code format is correct, Weight Measurements, LWH format is within the range.

Is the unit weight (at bottom) greater than total of actual package weight.

If those things are not happening and an actual label was "generated" (it should show up as per *) you may have to void and wait out the 17 to 21 days for a credit.

Either "try" to create a label again in eBay or use CP directly.

Unfortunately with eBay labels if there is an error with data entry eBay does not explain "specify" what the error is. Most others systems usually do, especially if it is a format/data entry issue.

Either "try" to create a label again in eBay Have tried 20+ times  or use CP directly  Just may have to.

Weight at top is actual weight of shipment. Weight at bottom is weight of physical goods.

If it is a multiple unit sale system "can" extrapollate incorrectly causing a conflict. eBay and math are 2 things that don't always work in harmony. Is there a symbol (",' etc)  in your item description? That can also cause issues in generating a label. Again, if it expressed what the concern or if it is a formatting issue was that would be most helpful.

As an afterthought will in this situation create a QR code? Most likely it will not. It sounds like something in format that it is having a hissy fit with.

No symbols. All letter. I have tried changing the item description from what it actually was to the most simplistic and everything in between.

I've honestly spent way too much time with it and It has to ship today so, I am going to put stamps on it (mostly "P" stamps I bought last year. Actually turns out about $2 less to ship with stamps then to use eBay's int'l air no tracking (to France)   It does though show buyer what my postage cost was.

Thanks again for your ideas. Much appreciated.

Hey, we tried. 🙂 This "issue" does get reported from time to time. Usually ends up being some kind of workaround vs a determined fix.

@snoopwiz

Confirmed one new plausible reason for a Canadian label to NOT print. If address has both a PO box and street address system will reject. Remove street address and label printed fine.  Rarely have orders to USA with PO boxes so unable to confirm if this issue is system wide.

Note: In distance past had an item scan with an update scan message stating "address modification" or words to that affect for that same reason. In small towns where there is no home mail service ALL mail goes to a PO box. This parcel was also in Alberta.
