eBay.ca Site Problems?

Over the past 1/2 hour when I go to an eBay.ca sellers' store the listings show up in the US$ equivalent! Yes, I've triple checked that I am on the eBay.ca site.
When I click on a specific item in the store I am taken to the eBay.com version of the listing? The eBay.com version confirms that it is a C$ listing.

Also, I am unable to view the sellers BIN listings only. When I click on the BIN tab I am taken to a Server Not Found error page - We can’t connect to the server at srukde.vip.ebay.com.

Is anyone else having the same issues?

When I try to sort the sellers listings by 'newly listed' or 'ending soonest' I am also taken to the same Server Not Found error page with the same message - We can’t connect to the server at srukde.vip.ebay.com.

The error message seems to say you are connecting via ebay.de (Germany) instead of ebay.ca

Empty searches seem to be failing (a workaround I used was searching for " " since most titles have blank spaces).
