eBay returned me a different pair after failed my authentication.

On Dec 8 2022, I sold my AJ1 Lost and Found on eBay and send them in with the original receipt for authentication, few days later, eBay emailed me saying the buyer has opened a case which the sneaker isn’t match the picture while the shoes is still under authentication, return and refund starts. Today 15 Dec 2022, I received a pair of different AJ1 returned from eBay and I’ve start my appeal and have on of the supervisor call me back in 24.
