Hi @surge2017 & @sportscardskingdom15 - I'm not a specialist when it comes to onboarding into payments, but I have some troubleshooting that may help!
First - the dreaded 'clear your cache and cookies'. I know, I hate it too, but it can help clear out fields
Second - please try in the Google Chrome browser
Third - please enter the number without any spaces, and click into every field in the form. You don't need to input anything if it's not applicable to you, but clicking into each field can help.
If you're still running into this issue after trying those steps please reply to this thread and let me know which type of number you're using (Driver License or Passport - I do not need the actual number, just the type).

1. Tried cleaning all of my cache and cookies, same error
2. Chrome is my default browser. I have also tried the firefox and mobile app. Same error
3. For the driver's license I have tried with or without dashes, no spaces, clicked on all fields, and same error.
4. Tried on both .com and .ca, same error.
Since I don't have a passport I cannot use a real passport ID, but same issue if I switched to password and enter some random number. Below are the screenshot that I got (both my name and ID number removed by PS for security reason)
When I chatted with one of your representative (Chat Transcript - SR# 1-372802023027) I was told that it was a known error and it will be fixed in 3 business days (hopefully fix in Sept 1) But seeing this issue was existed back in June (https://community.ebay.ca/t5/Seller-Central/Government-ID-verification-for-MP-glitch/m-p/465814#M129...) makes me think that ebay doesn't care. Ebay asked for my driver's license / passport AFTER I sold something on ebay. And now all my money is on hold.

This is a tech issue that is currently being worked through. I've made sure that your accounts were both added as being impacted. I don't have an estimated time of resolution on this, but I know that this is a large enough issue that it's getting a lot of attention so I'm hopeful that we'll see it corrected quickly so that you both can get verified and back to business.
