non-stop issue for 6 months with managed payments - everytime i call the suport line they tell me to change bank account details again?- yet all the small payments go through and get them in my bank account -what kind of solution it that???. I have switched bank accounts 3 times on eBays advise and no longer taking this as a solution. eBay you really need to fix this issue as "managed payments" are a problem on your end.

Very odd.
When you call the support line, are you on the phone?
Don't do that.
Those reps are subcontractors, undertrained and over worked in Utah.

Those are typed chats not oral, but you will be dealing with actual trained eBay employees.
Make sure they understand that you are in Canada.
Is there a Held amount in your MP account that is not being transferred? Are the larger amounts eventually transferred?
Did you opt for weekly transfers? Some banks take longer to accept transfers than others.

By "small deposits" I take it you mean the microdeposits eBay makes when you are first registering? Are you confirming them and then eBay is taking them back?
What is showing on your Summary Page of the Payments Tab in the Seller Hub?

There have been reports of micro-deposits not working probably because of foreign exchange.
If that is the problem, using a different method of identification may help. I used my passport. DH his driving license.
It is not actually illegal to use your SIN, but it is illegal for anyone to demand it. So that's another possiblity.
