By invite only -- check your promo section on ebay.CA or your emails
Benefits: Five free listings. If the qualified item sells, only a $1 FVF on item value and $1 FVF on shipping (if you do not have free Canadian shipping).
First 5 listings made after you activate the offer have the benefit if the listing sells. So get your high value listing ducks in order before activating.
Listings must be on www.ebay.ca or www.cafr.ebay.ca
Certain categories are excluded. Read the fine print at https://pages.ebay.ca/promo/2019/1019/selling.html
Warning: BIN with more than 1 item available will probably not be accepted (it wasn't the last time this promo was available).
Warning: For BIN, the promo will expire the next time GTC kicks in.

Thanks for the heads up. This time did you receive an email or accidentally spot in Hub? For me, no emails as of "yet", but was available in Hub and worked when I activated.

Email at 9:15am today called "Fund your holiday shopping"
Email on Wednesday with advance notice of the promo buried in "🙉 So many ways to save!"
Is showing in my hub (but don't know when the promo was added).
Nothing in the eBay message system.

I stand corrected. The email arrived in my Promotional folder in Gmail 7:20 Mtn time this morning. The advanced warning arrived on Wednesday but the actual offer was extremely well hidden. eBay Easter Egg? From my past experience it should officially automagically appear sometime tomorrow afternoon in eBay mail. They seem to arrive similar to those AirMile offers you receive with snail mail. Just as they are about to expire.

I always miss these because I use the mobile app most of the time now - and I never receive promo emails.
The promo does show up on the home screen of desktop site, but again, I am rarely on the 'home' page on ebay (usually on my selling page in my ebay).
Anyone know of a way to periodically check my promos from the mobile app?

So, its only for items that we sell in Canada? We don't have to put the option for shipping to US!
It is for items that are listed on eBay.CA -- you can ship the items anywhere you want.

The listing has to be made on eBay.CA -- where it can be seen/available does NOT matter. Just because you have shipping to the USA does not mean you made the listing on ebay.COM
I have sold stuff with this type of promo in the past -- and shipped outside Canada.
The problem detected the last time I had this promo is that the quantity available for a BIN listing can not be more than one.

Forget the app ... just open Seller Hub on the web browser on your phone or tablet. The Hub page always opens in classic (desktop) view, pinch and zoom to read if necessary. SH usability on my little 9 inch Samsung Note tablet is not too bad at all.
I also have the ebay app for android loaded and I must say it is totally useless imo.

Yes, used this promo today, sold an item to a member in California, promo credit was applied immediately ... FVF charged was 1.13 x 2 = 2.26.

Sat down to list some expensive items and realized that automatic "Good Til Cancelled" rewnewals filled all my spots with <$20 items, pretty annoying!
