A buyer has paid for an item but does not respond with a phone number for the drop ship.

Hi. What should I do if a buyer pays for an item but will not respond when I request a contact phone number for delivery purposes. This is a drop-ship. Thanks, Glen

The phone number is sometimes in the order details or you can request contact info through ebay here

Are therse items actually in Bramptom ?   

The item location is where the items are  being shipped from, not where the seller lives.

There is no need for a phone number if the item is being shipped by mail.

Usually this is only a demand by a courier like UPS.

Sometimes sellers in your position will insert their own phone number, since UPS will be leaving a card  if the buyer is not home when they call.

And if it is a courier, and the item in not in Canada, be prepared for the fury of your buyer when she has to pay tax and duty on an imported item before it is handed over by the boys in brown.
