Can you list an item on both ebay.ca.fr and also on ebay.ca or com.  I thought I read that you could do this somewhere but cannot find the reference again.

Duplicate listing rule is the same regardless of where item is listed, can't have more then 1 FP listing for the identical item available on the same site

You can if you use a different format.

For example, you may list an item at auction and an identical item at fixed price and that is allowed.  The sites or currency you use for the listing are irrelevant.
