Buyer Initiated Refunds - Why Sellers are Stuck With Fees?

I've had 3 buyer initiated refunds in a month. I think this has gone up a lot for me since I started forcing immediate payment. I guess it's either that or dealing with non-payment.

I'm growing increasingly irritated that I have to pay the PayPal fees to refund. Does managed payments also have this same fee rule?

From what I understand, Managed Payments would just keep the .30 in that situation.

I thought that a little while ago someone had posted that Paypal was still not keeping the fees for Canadians...that's changed now?  I used to be good at keeping up to all of these changes but it hasn't been as easy to do lately.  I am going to say that it's a combination too many changes and me getting older. lol
