I sold an BIN item to someone in Belgium and they did not pay right away. Sent an invoice after a few days. Then several more invoices until I finally had to file a nonpayment claim. All this time the buyer never contacted me for followup.
Then she has the nerve to buy my relisted item again. And ask for a shipping invoice! No apology at all. I don't want to sell to her in case this turns into a nightmare transaction. She does have good feedback but I'm just annoyed at the whole situation.
It's only $15 for the BB cream makeup I'm selling but it's rare discontinued. Any thoughts?

Sorry, I re-read your first post and see this is a $15 make-up item. Send it by Light Packet if it's not too heavy. Forget tracking for an item of this value, and just be prepared to refund.
All my comments above are simply designed to avoid this buyer wrecking your seller status, and -- who knows -- perhaps now she's got the concept of buying from far away, you might make a repeat customer.

Thanks for explaining about the time difference. I understand about the time zone but wasn't aware it could take almost 48 hours to deal with each email. She isn't new, she's had 86 transactions. What confused her was not having a shipping price when she first bought it as I hadn't added Belgium to list of accepted countries. I wasn't sure how Belgium post service was but now I got something to worry about.
The other confusion was her not bothering to read any of the messages to follow instructions on how to pay. It wasnt until I told her to click the yellow button she finally paid. Now that it's a few days later I feel more sane.
It was just A LOT of work for $15 that I could have charged more for since it's discontinued.

You should be able to see her item under sold items but if not, go to the bottom of your feedback page and click on leave feedback.

I'm glad that you found a way to do it.
Do you have the time period set for less than 60 days?

I have not changed the setting to less than 60 days. At this point I'm okay that she got it after dealing with the issue for three weeks!!
