Buyer paid before receiving a invoice

Sold Items and the buyers paids before receiving the invoices....so now I'm short money on delievery fees 

Anyway to fix it

How are short money and why would you send an invoice?

If it was for multiple items the only reason to send an invoice is to give a shipping DISCOUNT.

Have you confirmed your seller settings in your preferences? See screenshot attached. If combined shipping IS turned on the invoice will be sent automatically by eBay. That's what the customer goes by. As per additional post once the customer has paid you are unable to charge extra for shipping.

Thank you very much for the info I guess my mistake and I have to ship with a lost 

@recped  It was for a multiple listing and short of  around 10$  The member bought 6 of the same items and EBay charge for the shipping of one only of the items ..... I'll know for next time
