Buyer paid but item still showing up in unpaid list

I received notification that a buyer has paid via paypal from eBay, and when I checked paypal the payment is shown there, but in my list of sold items the specific one is still showing as unpaid. Can I safely send the item now or is there something else I'm missing?  All the other items I sold are correctly saying paid.

PayPal is having issues today so the synchronization between eBay and PayPal may be slow.

Generally if it shows paid in PayPal, you have received the money so you can ship.

Just make sure the payment is in PayPal. If the buyer has paid by echeck (bank account payment), then PayPal will tell you the payment is pending. Do not ship until the payment has cleared (4 to 8 days). You will get a notice of the payment clearing in PayPal as well as emails and the item being marked paid in eBay.
