Just had a sale and payment for a craft book, then a message asking me to mail to S. Korea, not the US address given. Only 1 feedback.
I explained that I have to mail to the address given on Paypal, now I am not sure about it. I have Korea on my blocked list.
Solved! Go to Solution.

I thought I would just see what a tracked package would cost for this 88 grams book, $75.12 Canadian!
Seems a bit high.

Interesting! I just went to my buyer requirement activity, and this buyer is on there, blocked because of too many unpaid items. So I am wondering how she managed to purchase.

The transaction can be cancelled because of an address problem.
You will not get a default if you cancel the transaction in this manner.
Refund and cancel........Then block the buyer

Thank you. I guess I will ask if she wants it mailed to the US address given, it not, I will do what you suggest. I thought I would just see what a tracked package would cost for this 88 grams book, $75.12 Canadian!

I realize what I did wrong, I forgot that on Canada Post site you have to put 0.88 grams, just putting 88 means it 88 kg.

I don't think this is a good idea.
She is trying to circumvent your original Block.
Whatever the reason was for that Block, she has shown determination to get around it, then is trying to make you ship overseas at great expense.
Just file the cancellation "Problem with Address", block her again, and move on.

Easy, they changed their primary shipping address to a US address. Then when they paid they changed it to their Korean address.

Why do you feel you need tracked shipping for a $7 book?

Because if it is going to Korea via the US, I need to know it arrives in the US.

While I don't think it should be sent at all, a shipment sent to a freight forwarder is considered Delivered at the door of the forwarder.
The forwarder in the US is then responsible for delivery.

The buyer contacted me and asked me to ship it to the US address. I thought about it and decided that for a $6.99 book and $3.20 postage I could take the risk.
Thanks for all the suggestions.
