CAN'T LIST WITH NEW TOOL BECAUSE CAN'T UPDATE SHIPPING COST

i am livid.   Spent 25 minutes creating a listing.  When i went to change the shipping cost,  i entered the amounts and clicked 'save and close' and it would not upload.  Just the spinning wheel of death for over 10 minutes now.

This stupid tool has been around for over a year now and they still can't get the most basic features working.

What a waste of a Saturday morning.

Ebay must have seen my message because it's working now....lol.  I was able to change shipping cost instantly.  Still can't change it for all  listings, i can just use the  'edit cost for this listing only' feature....but it's better than nothng.

Maybe in another year or so this new tool will actually work properly?  Maybe?  But i suppose by that time they'll be introducing another new listing tool..

I was doing some listing yesterday and had the site lock up a couple of times.  I actually closed the browser and rebooted.  It is working ok now for me to.
