HI EVERYONE, THE CRA IS CLAIMING I OWE A LARGE AMOUNT IN GST / HST SALES TAX.
BECAUSE I CLAIM MY EBAY SALES FOR BUSINESS INCOME AND EBAY IS REQUIRED BY LAW AS OF 2022 TO COLLECT GST / HST FROM THE BUYER AND REMITT IT ON SELLER BEHALF, WHAT DO I NEED TO DO WITH CRA SO I CAN PROVE I NEVER RECEIVED THE GST / HST COLLECTED AND IT HAS BEEN PAID ON MY BEHALF BY EBAY ALREADY?

Either print that form, sign it, and scan it - or use Adobe Fill and Sign on your iOS/Android phone to electronically sign it. E-mail it to the above e-mail. eBay will countersign it.
You were supposed to do this back in 2022 when the changeover happened. I am not an accountant, so I don't know if you can retroactively date it as 2022 when signed, have eBay countersign it, and then present it to the CRA. I would assume retroactively dating it for 2022 would be fine, since eBay has been collecting tax on your purchases.
I assume that e-mail is still active and monitored.
Again, I am not an accountant. This is not accounting advice. Etc.

Have you been filing returns with CRA during the time period that eBay has been collecting? Have you had a GST audit recently (last couple of years)?
Have you told CRA that most (or all) of your sales are on eBay? By now their auditors should be well aware of the situation with eBay and other marketplaces.

It ought to be, given that there are new sellers joining the platform that need to deal with this. It's mentioned in section 5 of the eBay.ca User Agreement.
