Can't pay my fees, freezes every time unless I put the current total

Hi,

   I'm trying to pay my November invoice but I can't.  I have sold some more expensive items this week but haven't been paid yet, so I don't want to pay for those items yet, I just want to pay the invoice Ebay is requesting me to pay, November.  

  When I go to make a "one time payment", I need to change the total to reflect the November statement.  Upon doing this, PayPal won't launch. Even when I click the button that says to click if PayPal doesn't open, it won't launch.  If I leave the total to include the items I sold this week, everything works, but I'm not paying that amount until I get paid.

   Does anyone know how to fix this?

There seems be issues very recently paying eBay with from some current topics posted in these forums.

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies. If that does not work try another browser.

For me, I had trouble paying for an item I bought a few months ago. I changed my browser from Firefox to Microsoft Edge and was able to pay. A couple of days later I bought something else and FireFox worked ok. But my issue was a while ago and not with current issues.
