It shows on my ebay summary page that I have 952 items that are active. But if I go and look at items for sale under my user name on .com, it only show 651. Why the difference?
How many do you see? Is it because I list on .com and .ca?

"Why the difference?"
Because 300 of your listings on eBay.ca do not show a shipping method and/shipping charge to the USA.

They all show shipping of $2.50 to the US so that's not it.

As Pierre said, they don't have a shipping cost to the U.S. or anywhere else. Canada is the only stated shipping location.
To see which listings those are...Go to view listings on .ca and sort by shipping and handling - lowest. At the top of the page change your location to the U.S. and enter a zip code, I use 92210. The last two pages will show the items that do not have shipping to the U.S. You might have to refresh the page first.

Thanks, they all had it and somehow they all dropped it, and I don't know why.

i had used edit listings for all of those to add on 2 day handling and I guess they dropped all the US and international shipping. Edit listings is not working right now. I now can only amend one at a time.

Using bulk editor it took me hours to amend 300 listings changing it to 2 day handling, now it will take me hours to put in the shipping to the US and international to those same ones. I checked them first before I amended them and they all seemed in order, but I guess ebay's tech staff screwed up again.
Other than using the bulk editor is there a quicker way to amend all the shipping?

I don't know if it is quicker, but it might be less onerous.
Put your listings into Ending Soonest.
I notice you have about 20 ending in 11 days.
Change those, one bloody listing at a time.
If you are still not bored out of your mind, do those that will close in 12 days. Etc.
If you do 20 or so a day, you will have all your listings corrected in a month and a half. Less if you can stand to do more each day.
The idea is just to parcel out the job into manageable pieces.
A bonus would be that some of your items would still be closing each day.
I've found that items tend to sell when they are either 'just listed' or 'about to close' even though all my listings are actually Good Til Cancelled and renew automatically every 30 days.
