Create a shipping policy. Specify the amount you want to charge in that policy. Now go into the Seller Hub and select all your listings. Go to Edit -> Edit Selected. That will bring you to the bulk edit screen. Select the listings, go to Bulk edit -> Shipping Policy.
In the future, you will now be able to change the price once in the shipping policy and it will update all your listings that use that policy.
