Change in Shipping Policies

I noticed today that the shipping policies have changed a little. We used to be able to select "Lower 48" for the USA. It now appears that it has been replaced with "United States of America".  The changed appears to have happened automatically to the policies that had Lower 48 selected previously. In running a test, it does appear that the USA option also now includes territories.

Just an FYI for people.  I have no idea if it means they've also fixed the eBay labels issue for orders from Puerto Rico.

As a note, with the change I'm not sure if you have to the territories enabled in the excluded locations in order for people from there to buy or not. It's possible they may be able to buy if they have the country set to USA and the territory set to their location, but not if they have the country set to Puerto Rico, for example.
