I really detest that I cannot combine orders on offers that I have accepted IF one of the accepted offers is a counteroffer from an offer that I originally sent to the buyer.
Happens every single time.
I can't see the accepted offers anywhere in my Seller Hub because as far as eBay is concerned, my listings that I have accepted to sell are still LIVE!
So now I am forced to get into a messaging scenario with the customer telling them to check out their items in the cart and to trust me that I will still acknowledge combined s/h fees with a refund.
So frustarting and a waste of time.
Any quick fixes besides what I have mentioned?
