Hi everyone -
I wanted to update you on some developments and introduce two new faces on the Community you may be seeing from time to time.
jasmen@ebay and velvet@ebay are the two newest members of the support team on .com. They're both interested in working more closely with members here, so you may see them on the boards as they learn the ropes.
Be aware - their time is mostly going to be spent on the .com pages, but as they have free time they'll be here to review threads and help out where they can.
Feel free to tag all three of us to threads, and we'll work on a response for you. And don't give them too hard a time. As we all know, there are some very uniquely Canadian ropes to learn!
