I dont understand how Ebay lets Buyers getaway with increasing the bids of cards and not paying. It takes forever to get a answer from them, or even getting a negative feeback done for the buyer. Its outrages.

You can set your preferences so that ebay automatically cancels the sale after 4 days and the 'non' buyer gets a strike.   https://www.ebay.ca/Cancel/Preference/UnpaidPurchase

Or you can do it yourself if you don't want ebay to do it automatically.  You would use the reason that 'buyer didn't pay' so that they get an unpaid item strike.  Either way you will get your fees credited.

You can set your preferences so that if a buyer has 2 or more strikes in a 12 month period they will be blocked from bidding or buying from you.  You set that up under buyer requirements.

It's just the way it is. You can cancel the order after 4(?) days of non-payment due to the buyer not paying.

I understand that certain short printed cards have values that aren't always established, but you're usually better off listing as a Buy It Now w/ Best Offer.

People can still buy and refuse to pay, but it happens less often than with auctions. You also tend to get a better sale price.

Not to mention, if this is a new release, it's always going to peak in prices right away (relative to the value/demand of the player). Having to wait 7 days risks the card going down in value and demand.

or even getting a negative feeback done for the buyer.

Sellers cannot leave negative feedback for buyers.

Get your fees back and move on.

Put the safeguards in place -- but there are more of them with Fixed Price than with Auction listings.

The only one who will read your feedback is your future customer, and he back buttons when he sees a seller badmouthing another customer.
