Ebay Giving: Does the charity get all the amount I allocate?

Example:  Seller sells an item for $100 and allocates 100% to a charity.  Say the fees are 10%.  As I understand it the seller pays no fees are they are credited back and the charity receives $100.

Please correct if I'm wrong.

That's the way that I understand it but it looks like in order to do that you have to be a non profit organization directly selling on ebay or be  a representative of that organization. They also have to be certified with Mission Fish. You might already know all this but just in case you don't, here is more info.

What about I am a seller, not a non profit organization but want to sell my items and donate 100% to a charity organizaton of my choice?  Do I still have to pay for the insertions, final value fees on the prices?  Will 100% donation really 100% to a charity organization of my choice?  I cannot find any information for that.  Thanks.
