Dear Customer,
My sincere apologies for the wait you have had had to have for receiving the items that you rightfully paid for and purchased on my Ebay store.
On April 6th, Ebay decided to Permanently shut off my store without giving me any due notice and without giving me any official reason as to why my store was shut down. I have been a great seller and my feedback proves this: over five years with zero issues or negative impacts!
I asked Ebay as to why and I am not giving any valid reason at all because I am told it is their policy not to tell the seller what policy has been violated. This is despite my relationship with Ebay is that I am a paying customer.
In addition, since the week before April 6th, Ebay has been withholding funds from me and I have not received my payout as well as credits for items. I was to be reimbursed Early auction ending fees from Ebay as told to me by an Ebay agent on March 28th, which I never received: valued at around $430. Furthermore, even though I successfully cancelled an order, a payment was still accepted into my account from the buyer. The buyer was never refunded and I now am being penalized for what is a system error on Ebay’s part admitted by Ebay reps for which I have video and audio recordings.
At this point, I will be going on youtube to show what has happened to me on Ebay since I am a victim of theft. Ebay is stealing from its sellers and buyers. I was told by multiple agents that my funds would be released on Saturday April 9th, and my account will be allowed to sell. But, Ebay has decided that I am threat to Ebay community as a seller.
I have also come across a very high risk buyer who bought from me recently and upon Ebay’s suggestion of safety and vetting process, I shipped a high valued item out, and I have come to find out the buyer is fradulent. Even though I have played voice recordings to Ebay team regarding this buyer, no action has been taken by Ebay, putting me at risk and the community since this person can still do fraud to other sellers. When I tried reporting the buyer, there is no provision made by Ebay for this specific circumstance.
It is with much remorse I am writing to you that your item that you rightfully paid for will not be shipped to you and that you should contact Ebay to get a full refund: it is your right to do so. Since they will not let me refund on my account due to the suspension. When I tried it, I got an error: A post case transaction already exists for this.”
I have always maintained good customer service with fast shipping and honest descriptions and shown by my feedback being 100% positive for over five years without one complaint and with over 3000 items sold successfully.
I really hope you as a customer will forgive me and not let this hurt my reputation as a seller by leaving me a negative feedback.
I will be posting everything that happened to me on the Ebay community forum and upload video and audio recordings on Youtube because I have been given the run around for over two weeks to try and solve this. It was my number one goal to ship your item and give you a great service but Ebay has other plans.
Sincerely,
Ani

Most of your sales in the past year have been inexpensive used watches or ebooks priced under $5.
A single listing for a $400+ item could set off alarm bells.
However, the usual system seems to be to wait until tracking shows the item delivered, at which point any Hold is released.
Has the item been delivered?

Was this the same order?
You cancelled it after the buyer had paid? What reason did you give?
Out of Stock gives you a Defect which doesn't help with any Holds you already had.
Since the buyer paid, Buyer Request is not likely - or would set off alarms at eBay.
Problem with address is possible and usually trouble free.
a payment was still accepted into my account from the buyer. The buyer was never refunded
Back to this.
Do you have the payment in your Managed Payments account? This would include Held funds.
It may be possible to refund the buyer even though the funds are On Hold.
If the Buyer opens a Dispute, and you accept the Dispute, the transaction could be voided and the Held funds returned to the buyer.
Of course.....
Did you ship once you were paid?
Do you have tracking?
You are addressing some single customer but you are posting to a public Board populated at this hour by insomniacs.
You are refusing to ship to a customer who has paid because of an arguement about another customer you believe was fraudulent.
EBay does not monitor these Boards. They are monitored by Lithium.
And don't phone customer service.
If you hear a voice, that's a minimum wage subcontractor somewhere in Utah with a script and a burning desire to get you off the phone so she can get a pee break.
Use the social media chats.
Those are covered by actual employees who have some authority.
And you get a transcript to review so you can see if what you were told matches what you think you were told.
