Ebay, its customer service and leadership team is useless.
They don't know how to do simple math, common sense, or shipping practices.
The overall customer service experience is garbage considering the amount fees they charge.
They should be renamed to uselessfeebay

The phone reps do not work for eBay so don't bother with them. They work for a subcontractor out of Utah.

The social media Chat accounts are covered by trained eBay employees with some authority.
And you get a transcript so you can compare what you heard with what you were told.

If you gave a specific example of a problem you have faced, the busybodies posters here who are members like yourself may be able to help.
For example did any of the eBay reps suggest using your Buyer Protections available through Paypal or your credit card?

I'd agree. It's also useless because if a buyer files a clearly fraudulent pay dispute, they wash their hands of it and simply wait for the "financial institution" to respond. For all the fees they take, to standby and essentially do nothing is absurd.

umm judging by the thread title i don't think he needs any buyer protection and his concern is as a seller.

ZOMBIE THREAD FROM 2023
The problemwith zombie threads is that the advice may be out of date or irrelevant to the new poster.
What is your actual current problem?
Item Not Received?
Not As Described?
Past the 30 day deadline for Claims?
