Ebay system encounters an issue right now?

I am selling on ebay for 13 years, right now our account is encounteriung an issue with ebay system. Ebay system suspended my account in 5 times in the past two weeks, and ebay reprensentatives reinstated my account manually 5 times. Each suspened mesage the ebay system sent to me for the reason why is suspended my account is my account has a overdue ebay fee, but when I went to seller account the page shows me I have $0 balance; and I contacted ebay reprensentatives and was told my account didn't owe ebay fee each time, this is why my account was reinstated each time. This issue is still keeping going and not fixed.

I sell on ebay for 13 years and set my business and fame on ebay as a powerseller, right now this is all my family income replies on, it had $15,000 monthly sale from my ebay store before this issue happened two weeks ago, but now the sale is zero, Ebay system issue is destroiying my bsuiness and my ebay store fame that set up during the past 13 years.

Is there any other ebay seller encounter the sma eissue with ebay? May I sue ebay for this issue?

Suggest looking for someone with more say than the phone reps.  Suggest contacting Tyler from Ebay who monitors these boards.  Also try contacting Ebay through chat or facebook as folks indicate they are direct Ebay staff employees and not contractors like the phone reps.    

As to the drop in sales, in theory after the account is reinstated you should be back in the loop without being affected.  Proving that harm in court when the glitch is fixed immediately on request will be very hard if you sued. 

Highly recommend you remove the current "listing" as that is not an item for sale and could cause you problems.   Do you have a high number of repeat customers that would even read it?  If you wish to keep such a listing, recommend toning it way down to indicate that your regular listings are one hold as Ebay has confirmed it is having techincal issues and you hope that they are resolved very soon.  Telling customers that you have been suspended 5 times, and it was not your fault, just creates uncertainty and will turn many folks off.   Not all will believe it was all Ebay's fault, and even if they do, some will not want to be involved with a seller that is having technical problems.   The vibe is a negative one, regardless of whether you are the victim or not.   Just me but I see no upside in that listing.  I would remove it and perhaps put the store on "time away" for a week while you try to have the issue fixed.

Should we assume that you are registered with Managed Payments and until now your payments have been transferring properly?

Thanks for your message. Yes, my account is registered with Managed Payments, the sales income is transferring to my bank never has issue. The problem is the ebay system messaged me that I owed ebay fee each time, I tried to make one-time payment but the linked page shew me my account has $0USD balance and not allowed me to make payment.

Is your Managed Payments account  in USD or in loonies?

I will assume that it is a chequing account with a Canadian bank, but those could be in either currency.

That may be the source of the problem.

I'm having the same issue!!! been selling for 18 Years eBay. Every day I have to call in to lift restrictions. 24hrs later BAM!! Restricted. Have talked to everyone under the sun. NO LUCK!!!! $0.00 balance, payouts have zero issues.  The main problem is if I dont call in ebay kicks my listings off 1 by 1 slowly........ Please keep us posted.

Also Ive tried Ebay through Facebook.... Facebook rep was 100% usless.

My managed payments account is USD, and my chequing account is with Canadian bank but it is USD currency account, each time ebay sent payout in USD to my USD currency account.

The 6th time restriction notice from ebay system arrived today as following:

Again, when I wne to one-time payment link apge, it shows :

I just contacted ebay customer service and was told "the restiction is going to be removed now and wait for 24 hours my account will be fine", this is the 6 times I was told the same words from ebsy customer service, I am 100% sure, tomorrow my account will get suspended instead of relerase from restiction. The next standard procedure will be : after suspended then I contact ebay, the suspended is removed right away and one ebay expert sends message to promise this is solved and I don't need to worry any more. The fact will be the 7th, 8th, 9th... suspension coming after, never stop.

Do I have an enough reason to sue ebay?

Can we unite together to sue ebay? I think this may be the only way to draw their attention to solve this issue completely.
