Error with galley photos on eBay app using CSV bulk upload

Hi everyone,

Recently started using CSV files to list comic books on eBay, my new listings this way have been so much faster, however there is one problem, the thumbnail/gallery photos don't show up in search on the mobile app. (photo attached)

I contacted eBay about it, they said it was a known issue, but it's been a little while now, with no solutions, so I thought I would reach out to the community to see if everyone knows a fix.

I don't know anything about this, other then the one time I watched a few videos on youtube and said this is too complicated for me lol.

But when I click on the hosted photo I get this error

So maybe u need to check soemthing off in AWS if i recall from a tutorial video I watched that allows the photos to be accessed?
