Fixed shipping cost

Hello, how do I enter a fixed shipping price for an ad in ebay? Usually, I could enter a fixed price for Canada, another one for the United States. I would enter the value myself according to the size and weight of my item. Today, I want to modify a listing and nothing works. I choose to ship at a fixed price but it asks me to select a service, but the list is empty. If I click on calculate shipping prices, I only get estimated prices (see pictures). I tried different things but I'm lost. Do you have a solution or instructions for entering a fixed price now ? it seems things have changed a few weeks ago. Thank you for your help.

With Calculated Shipping, you only get estimated prices because the shipment's cost will vary with destination.

With Flat Rate Shipping, don't move too fast.

At first there is a greyed out box , but I just tried it and it fills in a few seconds.

Then you choose the service, as always, from the three dot dropdown on the right.

That's the hope anyway.
