I don't think there is any across the board "time"  for it, other than it will be 3 months from your previous one.  (not sure if that helps but, it's all I got)

Too funny!!! Got an email from eBay for Black Friday advertising eBay shipping supplies for regular price??? Isn't a deal when something is on sale? Same standard assortment of items.  Would that be considered false advertising? Hmmm...
