Do the GTC listings renew on the same day every month? What I am meaning by that is if I listed one on April 1, 2019 will it renew automatically on the 1st of each month until I cancel it.

What about when the billing error is possibly systemwide and entirely caused by some update eBay has made without proper testing? Or do you only get the credit if you report it to them?

I got back fee credits without any reporting (because saw that other sellers had already reported and gotten eBay's attention). I am not talking about "free" listings lost -- just money returned.

This particular GTC changeover would not have had this problem if ebay had picked a 30 day month (like June or September) to do the switch over. Poor planning.
