Well I really don't understand sellers who don't have a credit card on file and have a bank account linked to PayPal that has no money in it.

Canadian sellers pretty much have to have a credit card on file so this shouldn't affect too many up here.

I had that happen to me in Jan.  With over $1k in my PP acct, when I printed postage, it decided it needed to pull from my bank acct.  In my case, my bank acct gets me only 1 withdraw per month free, and this unanticipated withdraw cost me $5.

It only happened once. After that it was taking from my PP balance like it should.
