I do not use Offsite ads on eBay or my other seling site(Etsy). I do believe that advertising method requires the seller to "set a daily budget" for their offsite ads...I did engage in an experiment with this type of advertising method about 10 years ago on Etsy, but never found it to be of any benefit. I'm not that familiar with it but I am guessing that it would be more beneficial for listings with multiple quantities.
