Haven't started MP transition yet - received invite today - already purchases & payments are refused

The issue I am facing is that buyers payments are now being refused at Paypal and Ebay, even though I haven't even started the MP transition process and I haven't received any deadline by Ebay yet, just received the invite for 15 dollar today. That's all.

Still, the buyers telling me they are getting a message from Paypal saying the payment is refused and they see in their Ebay account weird messages such as one message saying Payment is processing and another message says Order wasn't successful because the Order Cost was not included in the total amount.

So this is a complete nonsense. There is something broken with the MP transition.  I am loosing sales today for sure.

I spent 1 hour today on the phone with Paypal and Ebay and they have no clue what is going on.

So maybe it's best to put your account into VACATION MODE before you try to do anything with Managed Payments.

What $15?

I've been robbed!!

I think I've heard of this on dotCOM. Was the offer also on dotCA? 

If it wasn't might that be part of the problem?

The promotion for a $15 coupon that I saw  ended on may 25.  It was for sellers who were just invited to MP in May.

When you scroll down in that message about the $15, does it give you a deadline date?

Oh my god, this confirms what I have been thinking all along when I didn't sell anything for 2 months. Except buyers never contacted me, so I had no way to know for sure. It's a way to force you to sign up. Once I signed up, sales began again.
