Help. Buyer Cannot buy my item through PayPal

My item sold but my buyer messaged me saying that they get a "code 157" when they try and pay for my item. They have shown me screen shots of other items they had recently bought and said the problem is on my end. I'm a first time seller and wondering if anyone can tell me what I am missing? My paypal account is linked to Ebay so I don't know whats going on. I linked it after the item was sold, is that why I am having issues, has anyone experienced this?

Yes.

When listing you should enter your PayPal email address in the space provide under Payments"

To solve the problem, send your buyer an invoice from "my eBay" and make sure the PayPal email address is correct and corresponds to your PayPal account. 

Now, as a new seller, remember you should ship to the buyer as soon as the payment is made by the buyer although it may be several weeks before the funds are actually credited to your account. For more information on the subject, please take a look at the official eBay policy:
