Hmmm got my "statement" report, but no "Tax Invoice" report for November???

Usually both are there at the same time.

Same here, the November statement arrived ... tax invoice did not.

My Billing Date is the 15th, so I got one for middle of the month a few weeks ago (i'll have to see if I get one in a few weeks!)
