How can I list an item and only ship to the US and not within Canada? I tried to list on the .COM site and it asks for my location zip code and won't allow me to write Canadian postal code. So I can only allowed to list on .CA?
Any advice appreciated thanks!

You have to list on .com if you want to ship just to the U.S. and yes, you are allowed to do that. Are you trying to use calculated shipping? If you are listing on .com you have to figure out your shipping rate and then use a flat rate rather than calculated shipping as the calculator is for shipping from within the U.S.

Decide where the nearest US city is to you. Google the address of their city hall. Use that as your US zipcode.
But.
Be sure to state that you ship from Canada. If you don't there could be a lot of problems with customers. EBay doesn't really care much.

A seller doesn't need a U.S. zip code just because they are listing on .com so 'pretending' that they have one may only cause problems..
