How to Remove Offer Settings So I Can Edit Listing

Hello all,

I sent a $20 off offer a month or so ago to watchers of a specific listing. They have not responded or declined. Ebay.com will not allow me to edit the listing now (photos locked for instance). Is there a certain waiting period I need to wait out or is there a way to remove/retract those offer settings? I went to the Bids/Offers page on My eBay but that appears to be useless for this case. Thx!

You could end the listing. Then use "sell similar" to relist it with any changes you want to make.

I agree.

This may also give you a bump in Visibility since the renovated listing would count as "new".

BTW, it's probably not a good idea to list anything just now that you would normally ship by Canada Post, since courier fees are much much higher.

Offers if they are not accepted or countered expire after 96 hours (used to be 48).

If you sent an offer "a month ago" it would have expired long ago.

It's possible that you ticked the box to allow eBay to auto-send offers to any new users that qualify for the offer. I'm not very familiar with offers but you should be able to end the auto-offers on that listing.

Look at the instructions here:
