How to cancel the order on Seller Hub ca?

I tried to cancel the order due to address problems and notice that "cancel the order" is missing from the Seller Hub ca.  Help?  Thanks.

I see Cancel order on the More actions drop down under Contact buyer

But if you can only see it on the .com hub, then cancel the order there.
