How to view your own listings as if a U.S. buyer.

I would like to view my listings on EBay as if I were located in the U.S. and as a potential buyer.

How to view your own listings as if a U.S. buyer.

Go to the dotCOM site and look up your listings.

Go to Shipping tab and enter your location as USA and your zipcode as 90210 (or any but that one is memorable).

No need to find another computer, just delete all eBay cookies or use a private browser tab.

However I think the OP just wants to see their listing page so changing your location as previously described is all that is needed.

If you also want to see what a "new" buyer would see, you need to do this from someone else's computer or one that you haven't been looking at your own stuff from..

Regardless the site, ebay likes to remember what you've looked at and it will influence what you see (I think even if you aren't signed in on the machine at the moment but have been in the past).

I go over to my neighbours or use my kids when they are home....

If you did a search of programs on your computer  for everything that is NOT visible, you will most likely  find eBay tracking programs.

All sellers ( and buyers also) have these... so if you do a search on eBay,  eBay might influence the search result based on what is on your computer... and what you have looked at in the past.

In order to do a unique search you have to do a search on a different computer that has never been associated directly of indirectly with eBay... and that computer must be on an IP address other that your IP address..
