My eBay account says that I have a fee balance of $2.05 outstanding. The $0.05 is from a past item sold. The $2.00 however, is from what it says is a "Reserve Price Fee"? I know what that is, but I didn't use it, to avoid the $2 cost. Why am I being charged it anyways?
