I have over 800 items listed on Ebay.ca. I have been a seller on and off Ebay for 20 years and I have never had such low to zero interest in my items from US customers as I have now. For several months, I have ONLY had interest from Canadian customers and a couple international. Zero interest from the US.
My listings state ship internationally and provide exclusive flat rate shipping for US customers. I have called Ebay now multiple times about this concern, and getting nothing but a run around with some saying Ebay.ca and Ebay.com is the same and reaches everyone. Others have said I need to post on Ebay.com to reach US customers. Why is it like pulling teeth to get any help on this or a definitive answer? Ebay.com now restricts my postal code from being used and throws a notice up. It only seems to accept zip codes to be used. It will take me at least a week to move my ads to Ebay.com and what a total waste of my time. Anyone have this issue or have any solutions? Am I the only one experiencing this issue? Thank you

I have no trouble at all getting US buyers and I have been listing excluisively on .ca since 2009.
I imagine you face a lot of competition from US Sellers who may be selling for less (didn't check any items) and can absolutely for sure ship for MUCH less and no doubt MUST faster.
I suggest you look into Stallion Express (https://ship.stallionexpress.ca/register/i1oZkN) they have a drop-off location in London you might be able to use. For US shipping they can reduce your costs dramatically plus the delivery times will improve.

It looks as if you have not been selling until recently.
Your feedback as a seller stops a year or more ago, and only starts again this past month.
So part of the problem may be that you are not being found.
The more you sell the more your listings rise in Search.
I agree with doing price comparisons, including shipping.
While I am a little confused by the National Geographic listings (you do know that thrift stores refuse to accept them as donations, right?) selling for $9 and shipping for $14 is high.
Those can ship as LetterMail for $5.47 domestically and $11.14 to the USA if they weigh less than 500 gr and are less than 2cm thick.
And your FunkoPops. Are you using ExpressPost Shipping? Tracked Packet is almost half the price while offering Tracking and fast delivery.

We also get some discounts with out Solutions for Small Business number (VenturePost). Are you using that?
Some sellers have mentioned that the rise in the Canadian dollar may be having an impact on US sales.
And of course weather.
If you list on dotCOM you will be listing in US dollars - however US customers see your prices in USD in Search and in both currencies on opening a listing even if you list on dotCA. DotCOM listings also force you to use Flat Rate Shipping, but that can work to your advantage since one popular Flat Rate is Free Shipping.
DON'T PANIC!
Free shipping just means that your cost of shipping is included in the price of the item.
Which is cheaper: a $10 Item with $30 shipping or a $40 item with Free Shipping? There is no perfect answer.
