Buyer purchased an item today and paid, then realised she was getting a book and not the item pictured on it. She can't seem to find a way to request a cancellation, I have tried every way I can think of, but all I get is "there are no outstanding requests". Can someone help please?

You both agree that the transaction should be cancelled?
That's a straightforward "Cancelled at buyer's request".
Do you not see that option?

Find the listing in awaiting shipment, drop down on the left, Cancel Order, use Buyer Requested as the reason.
